a) The process of transferring young people permanently at the Mondego Educational Center to other Centre’s (v.g. due the (re)opening Educational Centre of Santa Clara);<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

b) The closure contours of the center.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Follow-up of the Recommendation no. 3\/2016\/MNP, analyzing:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

a)The procedures undertaken in case of fire, evacuation and accessibility;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

b) Possible practical effects resulting from the creation of an interministerial working group (Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Health) to study the provision of health care for all young people in situations of deprivation of liberty. In particulary:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                  i)   The current specialty consultation regime;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

                  ii)<\/span>       <\/span>Collaboration of a psychologist \/ psychiatrist;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

       iii)  Articulation with health unit of Guarda.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
