Both initiatives took place in Geneva on 26 and 27 November.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Working Group on Human Rights Issues, Transnational Corporations and Other Companies was established by the Human Rights Council in 2011 (resolution 17\/4). The Working Group is composed of five independent experts with balanced geographical representation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Teresa Anjinho is a representative of Europe in the Working Group on Business and Human Rights of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI).
