The Ombudsman submitted to the Constitutional Court a request for a declaration of unconstitutionality, with mandatory general force, of the norms included in numbers 5 and 6 of article 6, of Law nr. 27\/2021, of May 17th, that approves the Portuguese Charter of Human Rights in the Digital Era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
