International Organisation for Migration (the United Nations Migration Agency), by the Coordinator of the National Preventive Mechanism, Miguel Feldmann, who presented a communication entitled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.provedor-jus.pt\/documentos\/2023%20-%20MNP%20Criancas%20Migrantes%20-%20Preocupa%C3%A7oes%20Recomendacoes.pdf\">The National Preventive Mechanism and the detention of migrant children in Portugal &#8211;
