The plenary meeting was held on 19 May, in Lisbon, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Commission for Human Rights (CNDH) is an inter-ministerial coordination body, responsible for defining the national position in international human rights bodies and Portugal&#8217;s compliance with the obligations arising from international instruments in this area.
