Among other sessions, it featured the presentation of a pilot project developed in the area of mental health, showcasing initiatives carried out within the framework of the National Network for Integrated Continuous Care. The initiative emphasized the importance of coordination between services and the provision of care tailored to the complex needs of these young individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program also included a dedicated session for professionals working in specialized care homes, with the participation of a representative from the NPM. This session aimed to promote dialogue on expectations, good practices, and intervention strategies within the child protection system, with a special focus on the role of specialized care in ensuring comprehensive protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first time, the meeting was attended by representatives from Social Security, who presented recent legislative changes in this area.
