February 13th – Participation in the First International Seminar of the Network of Ombudsmen and National Commissions of Human Rights of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries, with the subject O Papel dos Provedores de Justiça e Comissões

April 21st – The Portuguese Ombudsman celebrated its 42nd anniversary with a visit to the High Commission for Migration, in Lisbon

April 28th – Conclusion of the training activity within the project Functioning, Communication Strategy and Expansion of the Angola’s Ombudsman Institution, promoted by the Angolan Ombudsman and by the United Nations Development Program, in Lisbon

March 7th – This body of State participated in the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions Annual Meeting, in Geneva

May 24th – The body of State received a delegation from the Georgian Ombudsman

March 9th – This body of State participated in the international seminar promoted by the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions, UNICEF and the High Commissioner for Human Rights, in Geneva
