CPLP Human Rights Network expresses total solidarity with Mozambique

The CPLP Human Rights Network expresses its deep regret for the catastrophe that has hit Mozambique and expresses its total solidarity with the Mozambican people.

As the country faces a scenario of tremendous devastation, following what may have been the worst climate disaster ever to hit the Southern Hemisphere, the CPLP Human Rights Network is entirely at the disposal of what the Ombudsman and the National Human Rights Commission of Mozambique consider necessary, in the context of their respective competencies, to alleviate the enormous suffering of the affected populations.

The CPLP-Human Rights Network is made up of the Human Rights Institutions and Ombudsman’s of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe and Timor-Leste.
