The Ombudsman, Maria Lúcia Amaral, closed the first cycle of sessions of the conference organised by the Participar+ Association on “The fragility of democratic institutions in Portugal”.

The event took place on 18 September at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon.
